What is Low Impact?
Strengh and fitness can be made accessible to anyone regardless of age or ability. In fact, there are many benefits of doing Low Impact including:
- Improved mobility
- Greater strength
- Mindful movement in everyday endeavors
- Intentional time with like-minded fitness fans
Classes use lighter / no weights, less jumping, and intensity modifications for all participants.
