Strength and conditioning classes customized to the goals of the group! Price dependent upon the number of members, goals, etc.

What is Small Group Training?

Many have approached us to assemble a small group fitness class with specific goals:

  • Training for baseball teams
  • Training for lacrosse teams
  • Social fitness / Anxiety reduction
  • A “friend” class with similar goals

Assemble a group of four-to-fourteen people and call us.  We work with you to identify your goals and available time(s) … and then create a specific program for you!
