What is Small Group Training?
Many have approached us to assemble a small group fitness class with specific goals:
- Training for baseball teams
- Training for lacrosse teams
- Social fitness / Anxiety reduction
- A “friend” class with similar goals
Assemble a group of four-to-fourteen people and call us. We work with you to identify your goals and available time(s) … and then create a specific program for you!
