Due to COVID-19, our group classes ae only available to current 3Q Fitness Tribe Members. For any experienced CrossFitters, Weightlifters, and Strongman/Strongwoman visiting us, we have an Open Gym schedule where you can come in and follow your own programming. We only ask that you follow our house rules.
- Take care of our equipment (e.g. avoid dropping empty barbells, wiping down, putting away, etc.).
- Clips on all bars with weight even while warming up. No exceptions.
- Clean up your training space when you’re done.
- Have fun!
