Can I do my own thing during class?

Due to COVID-19, our group classes ae only available to current 3Q Fitness Tribe Members.  For any experienced CrossFitters, Weightlifters, and Strongman/Strongwoman visiting us, we have an Open Gym schedule where you can come in and follow your own programming. We only ask that you follow our house rules.

They are:

  1. Take care of our equipment (e.g. avoid dropping empty barbells, wiping down, putting away, etc.).
  2. Clips on all bars with weight even while warming up. No exceptions.
  3. Clean up your training space when you’re done.
  4. Have fun!
