What is Full-Body Toning?

Work up a sweat in this HIIT class that has you doing everything from rowing to burpees in a music-filled hour of conditioning from your head to your toes!

You’ll work in a small group with each the movement varying from class-to-class.  Working hard and getting toned has never been so fun!
