What does a typical class look like?
Imagine one hour of a new adventure each day where friendly smiles greet you in a safe environment, and you feel more centered and fresh and clear then when you arrived.  
Our classes offer a strength and conditioning workout made up of functional movements performed at a high-intensity level, actions that you use in your day-to-day life such as squatting, pulling, and pushing. Workouts vary each day keeping things interesting while giving your body time to recover.  The best part about it is that it works for everyone: people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years, offering universal scalability.
Classes consist of a warm up, followed by strength / skill / mobility training, and end with a WOD (W-orkout 0-f the D-ay). Tower Fitness merges great experts in fitness with your own personal wellness and fitness goals and abilities. For those who wish to track their progress, Tower Fitness subscribes to Wodify, allowing you to see your weekly growth in all areas.  
$185 per month for unlimited classes + Saturday Community WOD + Open Gym
