CrossFit combines body weight movements and functional weight lifting in workouts that vary each day. The best part about it is that it works for everyone: people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years, offering universal scalability.
CrossFit classes consist of a warm up, followed by strength / skill / mobility training, and end with a WOD (W-orkout 0-f the D-ay).
Tower Fitness CrossFit merges great experts in fitness who combine CrossFit principles with your own personal wellness and fitness goals and abilities.
