What is Personal Training?

For some, CrossFunctional classes do the trick.  For others, a one-on-one experience enables them to focus and achieve personal milestones.

Personal Training gives athletes the opportunity to work on goals not covered in CrossFunctional classes, experiment with form and technique with all-coach-eyes on you, and gain complete control of your strength, mobility, and endurance.

TOWER FITNESS offers certified coaches who can author a program to fit your needs.

Some members follow CrossFunctional classes and have one personal training session per week; other members only personal train a couple of times per week; yet others personal train with one or two of their friends.
